Your wedding cake will be the centerpiece of your reception and should reflect your personality, the theme of the wedding and the season. Are you looking for country chic, smooth fondant or textured buttercream, razzle-dazzle or understated elegance? Do you want your cake to tell a story? 2017 prices start at about $6 per serving and are determined by flavor, size and design details.
I love getting to know wedding couples so I can design a delicious cake that reflects their style. For your personal consultation, choose up to three flavors of cake and up to five fillings/frostings to try. The $25 tasting fee will be deducted from your final bill. We can meet at your venue, your home, a convenient meeting place elsewhere or at my licensed kitchen in Parsonsfield, Maine. Once we finalize design and flavor details, I'll forward a contract for your approval. Signed contracts require a 50% deposit to reserve my services. Final payment will be due two weeks before your event. Please book appointments at least two weeks in advance.

Dessert is supposed to be fun! Offer your guests an array of bite-sized desserts or assorted tarts and cakes, From the elegant to the whimsical, let me customize a dessert menu for your event. Individually packaged favors and custom designed cake toppers also available, please inquire.
